
Audacious Social Media Marketing Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator reports to the Director and Manager of Marketing. This position is responsible for executing the company’s social media in order to increase brand awareness, improve public relations, and foster inclusive and positive customer relations. This role will be responsible for executing direction and collaborating with marketing and sales departments to develop and execute successful social media campaigns, track KPIs and improve company-wide outreach online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage content calendar for 5+ brand and corporate accounts + high level individual social media profiles
- Write posts and comments in authentic brand voice for multiple brands and identities
- Create graphic assets for social media posts and templates that can be shared with retail and brand partners
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Work with marketing team and agencies to define KPIs and iterate strategy as necessary
- Keep up to date on latest social media best practices and technologies
- Research and keep lists of relevant influencers for each brand and execute gifting and rewards strategies
- Track and advise on investor sentiment through reviewing agency-prepared reports and independent tracking of related websites, platforms, and forums
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite
- Interact with users and respond to messages and comments in authentic brand voice
- Assist in developing larger social media marketing and influencer strategy
- Assist in other marketing projects, as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or similar relevant experience
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Passion for social media and understanding of major social media platform audiences and content styles
- Ability to understand past, present, and future trends in social media
